**Gun Coyote Forum User Agreement**

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Gun Coyote ("We", "Us", "Our", or “Gun Coyote”), and you, the user (“You”, “Your”, or “User”).

**1. Acceptance of Terms:**
By accessing or using the Gun Coyote Forum (the “Forum”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use the Forum.

**2. Use at Your Own Risk:**
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Forum is at your own risk. Gun Coyote is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or interactions that occur on the Forum.

**3. No Responsibility for Transactions:**
Gun Coyote is not involved in any transactions between users. We have no control over, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. You agree that Gun Coyote is not responsible for any lost funds, lost merchandise, unfilled transactions, or any other loss or damage arising out of transactions or interactions that occur on the Forum.

**4. Compliance with Laws:**
You agree to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with your use of the Forum, including, but not limited to, any laws governing the sale, purchase, transfer, or possession of firearms. You acknowledge that the sale, purchase, and transfer of certain items, including firearms and ammunition, are regulated by the Gun Control Act, the National Firearms Act, and other applicable laws, and you agree to abide by all such laws in connection with any transactions or interactions on the Forum.

**5. No Responsibility for User Actions:**
Gun Coyote is not responsible for the actions of users on the Forum. You acknowledge and agree that Gun Coyote has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: which users gain access to the Forum; what content users access via the Forum; what effects the content on the Forum may have on users; how users may interpret or use the content on the Forum; or what actions users may take as a result of having been exposed to the content on the Forum.

**6. Violation of Terms:**
Any user found in violation of these terms and conditions will be permanently banned from using the Forum. Gun Coyote reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Forum, without notice, for conduct that Gun Coyote believes is in violation of this Agreement, any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests of other users, associates, or Gun Coyote.

**7. Miscellaneous:**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gun Coyote and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Gun Coyote. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

BY USING THE GUN COYOTE FORUM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
